Shan 衫?
The one worn inside is called Shan/Ao. In simple terms, the single layer is called Shan and the thick one is called Ao. Beizi 背子 is worn on the outer layer, and the style of Beizi in the early and mid-Tang dynasty is slightly different, mainly in the collar and sleeves. The styles in the picture 1, 2, 3 and 4 are all more like the Beizi of the flourishing Tang Dynasty, and the fifth picture tends to be the Beizi of the early Tang Dynasty.
What about the Beizi of the Song dynasty, is it also the same as the Tang?
In the Tang Dynasty, it was called Beizi 背子, and later developed into Beizi 褙子 in the Song Dynasty.😂
